Bubbles Distillery & Brewery Co., LTD. ("Bubbles," "we," "us," or "our") is a restaurant, brewery, and distillery based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal information we collect from visitors to our website, including those in the European Union. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you visit our website.
2. Information We Collect
We do not currently require you to submit any personal information to browse this website. The information we collect is gathered automatically through analytics and advertising tools when you visit:

- Approximate location (city/country level)
- Pages viewed and time spent on the site
- Referral source (how you arrived at the site — e.g. search, social media, direct link)

5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services in connection with our website:
- Google Analytics (GA4) — collects data about how visitors use our website, such as pages viewed and time on site. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Tag Manager — used to manage and deploy the tracking tags listed in this policy. It does not itself collect personal data but facilitates the tools that do.
- Meta Pixel — collects technical information about your visit and is used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and to show you relevant ads on those platforms. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. act as independent data controllers for the information collected through their respective tools.
6. Data Retention
Data collected through Google Analytics is retained for 14 months, or as configured in our GA4 settings. Data collected through Meta Pixel is retained in accordance with Meta's own data retention practices, as described in Meta's Privacy Policy.
If a reservation/contact form is added: information submitted directly to us is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, typically no longer than 24 months after our last interaction with you.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the email address listed below, though data already processed by Google or Meta is subject to their own deletion procedures.

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Bubbles is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. If you are accessing our website from the European Union, the United States, or any other jurisdiction with data protection laws, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Cambodia, the United States (by Google and Meta), or other countries where these providers operate.
We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely regardless of where it is processed.

Our website is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
